Staybridge Suites San Antonio-Stone Oak, an IHG Hotel

Bad experience with booking. com Lat minute call from Staybridge that they didn’t have the room that we booked available. Management was able to help us out and accommodate us in 2 different rooms . First time staying in this location . Definitely will stayed there again . Spacious, clean well maintained rooms. Manager in charge at that time was very helpful . Even waived the pet charge for the inconvenience.

Costumer service was very good. They did all they could to meet my needs

cleanliness in all areas was very good and the staff was friendly and efficient.

Keycard would not work - upgraded to king suite - it was awesome

Breakfast was great location great as well
